UHT (Ultra High Temperature)
Today's ultra high temperature technologies allow you to sear or
grill the outside of food at extremely high temperatures which allow it
to be served two ways. The first is a thaw & serve application
known as "sashimi style". Only the highest quality products around the
world are served this way. This method is ideal for both salad and
appetizer solutions. The other method is know as "heat & serve". Simply
microwave or place the food in hot water for just a few minutes for
delicious, perfectly cooked, seared or grilled meat and seafood items.
